Cheryl Lynn Jones is a Best-selling Author, Fitness leader and Entrepreneur. She is the owner of one of the leading fitness facilities in Arizona and creator of the Rhythm Rumble workout, a unique exercise format combining dance and martial arts for the most fun you will ever have while exercising! Cheryl Lynn has inspired thousands throughout the United states and abroad with her signature Rhythm Rumble workout and facilitates workshops for national events including the ESSENCE Festival, Black Enterprise’s Women of Power Summit, the Power Networking Conference and Lisa Nichols’ Motivating the Masses events.

Mike Jones
Mike Jones is a NFPT/ISSA certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. He is the co-owner of one of the leading fitness facilities in Phoenix Arizona and creator of Body Natural Nutrients a holistic supplement company that focuses on herbal and food-based nutritional solutions. As a holistic nutrition expert and consultant, Mike has helped many clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their health and overall quality of life through his holistic fitness and nutrition system. He has also conducted nutrition workshops for leading educational institutions and organizations such as Arizona State University (ASU) and the National Society of Black Engineers( NSBE).
Over the past 20 years as a fitness professional, Mike has launched, developed and managed several successful Health and fitness brands including One Body One Mind Fitness and Purple Rain Pole Fitness. Mike is also co-owner of the Rhythm Rumble Workout brand, a unique exercise system which combines dance and martial arts for the most fun you will ever have while exercising. Mike lives by the mantra of whom much is given, much is required. He has demonstrated this ideology by helping to develop a program for young boys called Save Our Noble Sons (S.O.N.S.) where he teaches young teenage boys about health, fitness, nutrition, life and career skills. Mike believes in the principles of holistic living, reciprocity and concern for the universal well-being of others. These are the core principles of his mission and the key to his on-going success.
